With ample room to accommodate small corporate events or large family gatherings, the Toland Lodge affords long-range views to Pisgah Mountain as well as breathtaking sunsets over the 10,000-acre DuPont Preserve.
The Lodge is offered with appropriate acreage, and adjoins an additional 50 acres of serene rolling hills and trout ponds which may be included. Located on Mt. Pinnacle, bordering both the DuPont Preserve and Blue Moon on Pinnacle Peak, the Toland Lodge commands an awesome panorama and rests at just under 3,400 feet in elevation. Home has 3 HV/AC systems and all room areas are independently zoned. Main portion of home has a 13-SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) unit. The heating portion is propane gas. It has two water heaters that are propane.
There are 600 gallons of additional water storage for the home.
The house is wired for generator installation if desired.
